Administration role – Sales Support

Defries Industries Pty Ltd, an Australian owned medical device manufacturer is seeking a new team member to provide administration support to our sales team.

Situated at our Dandenong South facility, the successful candidate will enjoy a friendly working environment with excellent conditions and support.

Working in a busy, fast paced environment you will be responsible for:

  • Generating quotes for our Sales Account Managers
  • Coordinating sample requests
  • Organising our attendance at conferences and events
  • Generating customer reports
  • Assisting with general sales and marketing activities

To be successful in this role, you will need a keen eye for detail, be able to multi-task, hold strong Microsoft Office skills and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Previous office experience is essential. 

This role is full time, starting ASAP.
